Is there a setting to close all postions at a specified time?

Should there be a power outage or other emergency that breaks market access, is there a setting somewhere that would close all open futures positions automatically at a specified time like 3 minutes before the NY Close at 4:12 Eastern Time?

No not within Sierra Chart. It could not support this because we do not control the back end trading server in most cases.
