Hello, I had everything working the way I needed it to when I was on the trial and then I took a 1 month hiatus and now I can't seem to get my data working again. I got an error that says "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exchange not authorized." I am trying to trade CL or WTI Light Sweet Crude Oil. I think the issue is on the top it says CLX18 which is the right symbol but then it maps it to CLV and that is incorrect. Maybe something happened when I tried to roll over the data?

The issue appears to be an exchange fee conflict. We need to look into this and resolve. Just give us a few hours.

Actually, we see what the problem is. You have activated exchanges which you should not have and you also have not connected to your live trading account.

What futures trading/brokerage service do you use? For the reason why we ask this question, refer to:

I activated the extra exchanges because I couldn't get it to work so I thought maybe I had the wrong exchange... then I tried to deactivate them but it would only let me deactivate them for next month, is there any way to deactivate them right now instead of waiting until next month?

You will need to connect your Interactive Brokers account as explained here:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

We will deactivate the exchanges you do not need.
