Hi and thank you
Here is my set up.. main instance= charts and chart trading. my second instance has a quote board 2 charts and my trading doms (3)
1. My SC real time data [M] is there on my main "instance" of SC. It is NOT on my "second instance" why is this and how is it fixed?
2. The Hang Sang i subscribe to does not show correct data on my quote board and I am not sure what symbol to use for it eventhough i found symbols for it on your website. It does populate but it's not
actually quoting properly. REMEMBER- the quote board is from my second instance of sc which is not showing the [M]. I am under the assumption that a [M] means sc real time data. shows 25607 at the moment
3. I am in the hurricane area and lost power for 5 days. 3 of those were trading days. my GOLD charts do not show the data for the 2 lost days. I have recalculated them and followed all instructions to repopulate but still no historical download properly. REMEMBER this GOLD chart is on my "second Instance of SC which does nto show the bracketed [M].
4. On my main instance of SC on my dom The levels of limit orders keeps changing (depth). It is 10 bid and 10 ask deep right now but yesterday it was 30 bid deep and 30 ask deep. this was the same for the es, rty, nq, and the es futrues for DEC. I liked seeing deeper depth and have it set to 30 in the chart settings, but now it is at 10 bid/10 ask depth? how is this fixxed and why did it go to 30 bid depth and 30 depth ask intermittently.
