Moscow Time Zone time incorrect

There's no "coming back for 1 hour" thing in Russia for winter season, so from 27.10.2013 on the time has been showing incorrectly in Sierra Chart. It's not 19:41 at the moment, it's 20:41.

In version 1042, the Moscow time is +4 GMT. No daylight savings time.

Ok thanks. For some reason my time zone switched to Other time/DFT automatically before I brought it back to Msk / +4
