Hi, I have questions on Trade Activity Log, which after save them then open with excel, on Entry Date Time and Exit Date Time are missing Year, Month, and day, also missing hours too, only shown hours and seconds, so please fix them. I also can't export them from Trade Activity Log, please also fix that too. Thank you, |

When you look at the actual exported data outside of a spreadsheet program, do you not see a complete Date-Time field? You should. Very doubtful there would be an issue with this.

Hi, I have used Excel and NotePad to open save Trade Activity Log, which both don't have hour, Day, Month, and Year data, but only have minutes and seconds for Entry and exit. On SC Trade Activity Log do have completed log data, but after save to a file then don't have those data. I have those save files, if you want to see that I can send to you, I do need SC to fix this issue, so I can analysis my trades. Thank you, |

This makes no sense. You must be seeing the complete date and time with milliseconds. We have verified this. After you export the data, attach the file that Sierra Chart has exported. And we will look at it. But if you are altering the file after in some way there could potentially be some unknown issue but that would be for you to figure out. It is not something we can help with.

Hi, I have attached save Trade Activity Log file to this post, so you can see for yourself of the issues, and it's the issues that I have described to you on my last post, I need those data in order for me to analysis my trades, and they are original which I didn't make any changed. |

Hi, I think that I have found the problems. When the original file save from SC TAL that has good data but after opened with excel and save to excel file, it lost hours, day, month, and year, because those files need to be transfer to inside excel to be able to use in excel, so the problems are in those transfer process, so please figure out how to make it right when it use in excel. You can see files that I sent to you on the first attached file, that was the original file directly save from SC TAL. The second attached file that I sent to you after first attached file post was the file save to excel file, then it missing hours, day, month, and year, so the problems are when using excel for the file. Please help solve this when using excel. I also have attached file that save in excel, which has problems. Thank you, |
