Eurex Market Depth (Level2) freezes several times per day for 10-20 seconds

Hi, I use the SC realtime data feed and have issues with the Eurex data feed. In the Trading DOM the Market Depth is feezing / stops to work several times per day. Very often these errors occur during the US cash-session or when there is modest volatility. Level one is working fine. The CME data e.g. NQ or ES does not show these problems. And CME products like NQ are far more volatile and much more volume is traded. Why is this happening?

It sounds like a Barchart Open Feed issue. We will have to monitor for this and let them know.

Barchart does state that they do think the problem is on their side and they are going to have this resolved in the near term.
