SC is not remembering my Data/Trade Service Setting on a restart

The Data/Trade service settings always starts up with CQG Fix Trading [trading] even though I change it to either SC Data - All Services or Interactive Brokers [trading].

I can save a DTS Configuration File and retrieve that after startup, but what do I need to do to have SC automatically remember my DTS settings?

This happens on both my desktop and laptop. Choosing "save all" during exit does not rectify the issue. I'm running 1819 on Windows 10 Pro.

SC appears to remember all of my other General Settings and changes to the Control Bar.

I have Save Message Log to File checked and there are no error messages. Here is a snip-it:

I have the same problem: on startup it tries to connect to CQG (which i never configured). I want it to use Rhytmic.
Can you change my setting too please?
