What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" >> "Service" at the top left set to?

Make sure it is set to FXCM Demo/Live Trading (Standard)-DTC. Do not use the FIX connection. That is no longer supported for user use.

I did many times. When I select fix server I get fields where I can enter my username and password. When I select live I choose a server, but with any server you choose there appear no fields to enter my username or password. When I connect with any server, Sierra Chart says: connection error: username or password is incorrect offcourse. But where can I enter them?

I have sent the LOD to FXCM, weeks ago. I did not know sierra chart needs it also.


The LOD is in the attachement. I did al the other steps. What now please?
