Alert for new order

Hi Is there a way to get ONLY an alertsound for a new order (see "General trade settings")? I do not want the alert manager to notify each time a new order is sent (BTW after the "order event" line always comes a new one with this: "Alert message error: The support@sierrachart.com was opted out from receiving Alert notification messages, contact Sierra Chart support" - what is this?) Thanks
