Rithmic Data Feed Access Issues

I have two machines on my local network with Sierra Charts installed. I have used both machines with my Rithmic feed at different times over the previous few days (apparenly I can't use both simultaneously).

Today one machine is encountering a 'login failed: permission denied' condition. Interestingly the other one connects just fine. I have triple checked that the usernames and passwords are the same between the two machines. Can you help me determine what's going on?

This is the responsibility of your broker and Rithmic to assist with. Make sure they allow your trading account username to have simultaneous connections to your account.

The error message "permission denied" comes from the Rithmic system.
