Hi,

I opened some positions with Sierra Chart, froze the virtual pc and later closed the positions using the LMAX web platform on my phone.

When I accessed Sierra Chart again later on I had to flatten the positions (still showing as open on Sierra Chart) which opened new positions on LMAX - is there a better way to clear them from Sierra Chart please?

Refer to the section here to understand how the Position Quantity is determined:

We are also going to look into this today and see if there is some problem that we are not aware of. Another LMAX user has reported this kind of scenario as well.

We are currently aware that orders entered from the LMAX web-based interface are not getting processed over our connection to LMAX. We are going to resolve this today.

This is a recent issue.
