CTS Trading Fee Connection Refunds

Sierra Chart supports the CTS trading platform service and one of the connection methods to this service is called the "low cost connection model" which uses a common order routing connection for our users using CTS and this connection method. We are billed $10 a month for any user using this connection, from CTS. So in order to cover our cost, we have an option to enable this connection. Unless you have a CTS account, and have entered your CTS username and password onto the CTS connection details page in the control panel, and unless you are actually using this connection, it is pointless to activate this option. This is why this labeled "Optional". We are only being billed for 15 users from CTS. So we are crediting back this $10 fee for the last six months for anyone who has had it active during those months. And we are permanently removing this and we will just absorb the cost considering the low use. But what we plan to do is require service package 5 to use this low-cost connection model and that will be implemented sometime this later this month.
