Scroll bar and timescale not visible when chart attached to chartbook

When my primary chart is attached to chartbook, the time scale and scroll bar are not visible. If I detach the chart, they are visible. I have searched through documentation for solution, but cannot find one. Would appreciate your help.

Go to that chart and select Window >> Maximize to make sure it is properly maximized
