unable to connect to data feed

Good Morning,

Earlier this morning every thing was normal and i could connect to my data feed. But now I can't and i get the attachted Message Log Error.
I hope you can help.

Edit:

Sorry to bother you. Just after I send the message the data feed seems fine for now and I am able to connect, after 3 hours of unable to connect.
Any idea what that failure caused is appreciated.
