[Programming Help] - Inconsistent condition result for 2 SC instance with the same study and symbol

I designed a condition for the study "Color Background Based on Alert Condition" and run in 2 different SC instance for the same symbol. Instance A is to connect data feed for the symbol and work fine. Instance B is to connect Trade Service vendor and get the datafeed from Instance A. I find sometimes the condition result in instance B is inconsistent to A. When I press Reload/Recalculate in instance B, the result can be corrected with the same of instance A. I'd like to ask :- 1. Why the result can be different? 2. Any setting can make both instance A and B be the same without pressing the Reload/Recalculate?
