Distracting New lines

Since upgrading to the latest version two horizontal black lines have appeared as shown by arrows in the attachment. These lines are a distraction and so could you direct me to the setting whereby i can hide them. If this setting is not available please remove them at the earliest convenience.

It seems to be related to the tab bars which are in the process of being replaced. So at this point we are not going to spend any time on this.

No problem, I've reverted to 1795 until the new development resolves the issue.
