Enabling CQG Demo (AMP Futures)

Hello!
1. In 2017 User025842 posted a question regarding to enabling the usage of Sierra Chart on CQG 15-day Demo feed (Enable CQG Demo)
2. Usage was enabled by your staff, but as far as I can tell, the anabling of SC on CQG have to be done by the broker itself (AMP Futures in my case) (CQG Trading Platform Service: CQG Account Requirements).
I wrote to AMP futures support about this problem and they suggested me to call them back on this matter. I am waiting for Monday.
My questions:
1. Can you enable the useage of SC for me (Username: demo88700 Password: xxxxxxxx) or for now this is impossible.
2. Does CQG charge fees for turning enablements on for SC for 15-day Demo period?

P.S. I use SC servicce package 5

1. Your Sierra Chart account is currently active. You do not need to use a different account just use your own Sierra Chart account. You can install another copy of Sierra Chart on your system to use with CQG.

Excuse me, but I wasn't very specific about my problem. The problem itself is I can't logon into Demo Server and this message appears every time:

I contacted with AMP Futures Support team and mentioned about enablements that has to be turned on (regarding to this message CQG Trading Platform Service: CQG Account Requirements) to solve my problem but they suggested to download the trial Sierra Chart Package through their site since the process of getting credentials is fully automated.

According to Sierra Chart documentation, there are some restrictions of using Sierra Chart platform with CQG in the first place, and these restristions/enablements have to be changed. In conclusion I have to say that I cannot download SC demo (with established credentials or not for using CQG) anymore since the Demo period is finished a long ago and I am using a paid version now.
Pretty awkward situation we got here, sorry..
But I don't believe that downloading a new instance of trial package of SC from your site will solve this problem, because I highly doubt that this new instance will have some other credentials to have CQG feed enabled..

UPDATED
It worked! Looks like the process of getting SC package from their site indeed enables SC using in SQG Demo feed. I've just got a new login/password from SQG and logged in on my SC platform without any problems.

This is not anything we have control over. You need to rely on your broker AMP for answers in this regard. Your issue involves connectivity to CQG which we have no control over whatsoever.
