I'm trying to use some older code that uses GetStudyArrayFromChart but sc.ReferenceOtherChart dosen't appear to be valid (errors). Can you tell me what has replaced it?

There is no replacement. It is not needed because chart recalculations are performed automatically when a chart references another chart.
