BUG? Time and Sales Bid and Ask Highlight Color can not be saved

The Bid Highlight color and the Ask Highlight color in the graphic settings of a chart are not saved when I change them. Everything is fine when I change them. But when I save and close the workspace and SC and reopen SC and load the workspace the Bid and Ask Highlight color are always the colors from the Global Graphic Settings not the customized color. Of course I unchecked the "Use Global Settings instead of These Settings". Hope you can help.
