Connection with Transact

Is there a reason that I keep losing the connection with Transact on my Sierra Charts? This has been going on for about 3 weeks now. I've downloaded the 1809 Version of Sierra so, as far as I know, I've done everything I can do. The Transact DOM hardly ever loses connection but the charts are losing it very frequently.

Same here. Charts just stop updating, but not TA data. The Status Bar never turns yellow or red but DF stops incrementing.
Must disconnect and reconnect data feed to restart chart updating.
