Hi,

i have full package 5, Sierra data (20Symbols)+CME data from sierra. So I thought would be fine having all datas from 1 provider.
I also set up CTS-Trading low cost connection as described online (CTS T4 DTC-Routing), but my account statement showed for 13 micro-contracts moon-prices as follows:

Exchange USD 4.16 DR
NFA USD 0.52 DR
Clearing CTS USD 13.00 DR
T4 TRF USD 2.60 DR
Commission USD 78.00 DR

AMP and I havenĀ“t a clue how that could happen.

Thanks for any assistance

We can see that you are using the common order routing so the per trade fee should be $0.10 a contract. This is all we can say from our side.

For help with billing you really need to ask AMP. And let them know about the above.

The issue was system-side at AMP. I was in fear that I perhaps made something wrong with CTS FIX or CTS DTC connection.
But lower margins at $300 for ES, etc. are billed with $3/side for all (even micro) contracts at AMP.
They resolved that issue with chargeback of 73 $ without any discussion.

My last question in that context is the following:

If I would get CME-Data directly from AMP and traderoute remains with CTS low cost, then Sierra data-feed would be obsolet (over 300ms latency EU-US) , right?

You definitively are not going to get lower latency than what we offer. That is an impossibility. And what the latency is to you, only you can determine that. The server is DS1.SierraCharts.com

And you have to use the Sierra Chart exchange data feed when using the CTS low-cost connection model.

There is a 25 USD per month option that provides data on 20 symbols. You can use that if you are not already.
