CTS Live Trade Orders and Position

SC V1809: After making live trades, the orders and positions tab is blank. Balance is accurate but Orders and Positions (non-simulated) are both blank. I'm using SC CTS connection and ADMIS. Clicking refresh trade data does not help.

What am I doing wrong? I did an update to V1809 today..possibly it erased the information.

Is there an issue with displaying the open orders or just orders which are no longer working are not being listed?

In regards to a position, is there a position which exists but is not displayed?

Orders that are no longer working. I was only looking for closed orders at this timge.

Those are automatically removed now after a certain period of time. In the case of non-simulated orders, they are removed after 10 minutes since when they became not working.

At the end of a day of trading, how do you find live trade executions that were made, entries and exits? Watching and tracking during the day can be quite distracting, is needed to track trading performance and it's also important to verify against the brokerage statement. Can a time limit for retention be added?

Trade executions could just be updated/exported to a text file for review and it may address the performance issue concern. Is there a study that does this? I looked but did not see one.

You need to use the Trade Activity Log:
Trade Activity Log

That is the log meant for execution/fills. That is the only log to know for sure your fills.

Yes, I've tried this but nothing is displayed. Clicking apply does not do anything either and the p/l pull-down to the right is blank

Okay this is a problem with the operating system you are running. It is not a Sierra Chart issue.
