hi support, i thought i read somewhere that i can temporary suspend my account, but can not find it can you direct me to how to do this? tyia |

We apologize but we do not put accounts on hold. When you pay for usage time it is not possible to put it on hold. Next time we recommend you just purchase the amount of time you will be needing without interruption.

So has the capability to temporarily suspend your account (usage time) been added?
