Rithmic depth levels missing

I'm having problems with price levels that don't show any depth while using Rithmic. The attached screenshot shows I have 'full' depth but the further away from actual price, the more prices levels don't show any depth. I've double checked with Rithmic Trader and there is depth at these levels. It also looks like depth levels don't load simultaneously if you look at the coloring from the beginning of historical depth study. I have tested this with CL and ES and ran into the same problem.
