I was using Sierra Chart in sim trading. I clicked on trailing stop to set the stop but couldn't really see how to use it as it didn't give me options to but in the number of cents for the stop. I closed out all the sim windows and made sure I didn't leave any open orders in place.

I now have this Trade Service Log up and the message inside the box says "More than 5% difference when calculating new trailing order Price1. Order not modified. Internal order I:67 {2013-10-24 14:11:36. Many lines with the seconds changing.

I've tried to close it out but it won't close. I have shut everything down, turned off computer and it is still there when I bring it back up. I can't do ANYTHING else in sierra chart, even click on help, or change a symbol in the charts.

How do i get my platform back to where I can use it? I've looked through the support board but didn't find anything addressing this issue.

Cancel the order through the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders tab:

Do this after connecting to the Data Feed, but before opening any Chartbooks.
