Hi, and thanks for your support. I'm testing the demo FXCM and I realized that when I put an order and brackets and the order is not filled and I close Sierra Chart, the order and the brackets are not saved on the cloud, so next time I open Sierra Chart the order and the brackets have been canceled and is not filled when the market reaches the price, while being the platform closed. Wow, I hope you can explain me... So, is that because the demo version or is it the same on the live trading? I would like to mantain an order and the brackets when closing the platform. Thanks,

You need to enable this option: Global Trade Settings Windows: Use Server Side Bracket Orders (if supported) (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) But the thing is that the parent order is going to fill regardless of whether Sierra Chart is connected or not. Thanks for your answer. I have that option selected but it does not keep neither the brackets orders nor the parent order. And this is more dangerous: if the parent order is filled and I close the platform, the bracket orders get removed, so I'm into the market without any stop loss. Maybe the server brackets are not supported by FXCM? Thanks,

Thank you. I attach the log file of the following situation: 1. I open SierraChart. 2. I connect to the FXCM demo account server. 3. I buy the EURGBP, and two brackets on each side at 20 ticks distance. 4. I close Sierra Chart and restart it and connect to the server again. The trade keeps on the market but the brackets have dissapear. Hope you can help me. Thanks,

Maybe is useful for you to know this: Sometimes when I place an order and the brackets and the price reaches a bracket and the position get closed, the oposite bracket order (profit or stop loss) keeps being there, so when the price reaches the other bracket, Sierra Chart opens a new position there (without other brackets). At the end it seems that the server based brackets don't work as it should. Hope this helps.

This is only an issue in the FXCM demo system that has a recent software update. It does not affect live trading. We are looking into that and will resolve. Just allow about a couple of hours. It seems to be working now because I opened SC and I found lots of orders that have disappeared and now they are back there. Anyway, I'm gonna try it these days and I let you know. Thanks for your support.
