Hi I'm asking you how to perform more than one strategy on two different charts i.e. I mean I have a chart with certain indicators setted,it's working fine and the signal send the order to the market and till here is it ok.
Now I have another chart or the same chart with other indicators setted on the trading system based on alert condition and when the signal become true the system is not sending the orders to the market because the first strategy already sent the order to the market. Can you help me to understand where am I wrong?.

PLease I need you to look into this issue, I tried again to make other test setting also "allow multiple position same direction" but the fact is that with 3 different charts and time frames when a strategy is active and the order in on the market (sim of course)all the others strategy from different charts did not send orders to the server.
Thx
Alberto

Refer to:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/AutoTradeManagment.php#TroubleshootingAutoTradingSystemBehavior

In general what you want to do is complicating automated trading and it is not something that is within the scope of our support. You need to use a single trading system for a particular Symbol and Trade Account.

OK I got your point of view in case of a customized acsl code systems or a spreadsheet but I'm using the std trading alert system, so it is in the scope of your support since, it is a function that you released more than 6 months ago. Can you tell me if a strategy based on trading alert system std on i.e. FGBL on a chart 5 min and a another strategy on FGBL 1 min on a another chart can work together or not?
Thx

Yes this is certainly possible but to work out the details of this is beyond the scope of our support. Also are you trying to do the same order action on two different charts? For example on two different charts did you want to do a Buy Entry or are they different order actions?

Here is some additional information about this as well:

Well, what I firstr tried was to have a FGBLZ8 5 min chart and a FGBLZ8 1 min chart working together with two different strategies (i.e set of indicators) while acting in the same direction (sell) and the system did not work or better saied the first activated strategy performed, well but the second one did not; while when I did deactivate one of the two, separately they works fine. More over I also flagged the "allow multiple entried in same direction" but the results was the same.
For different order action let me say I undestand for a std system is impossible on the same account, since a buy action when a sell is working means close the position, so something more sophisticated should be put in place to flag the order per strategy, but this is not the scope of my request.
My target is to have the possibiliy to have same direction strategies on two diff timeframes working together, so I can take a small gain from the fasted one and try to get a wider gain on the other or at least the same gain two times for the same signal.
Hope It's clear now.
Thx

We are very clearly declining support here. This is totally outside the scope of our support and we have given you the relevant documentation. You need to figure this out and make it work if you can.

And furthermore you are not even a direct paid user of ours.

And we have given you the relevant documentation on the subject and apparently did not even read it.

Once again here is the relevant documentation about this:

http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/AutoTradeManagment.php#TroubleshootingAutoTradingSystemBehavior (This will help you troubleshoot the problem)
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/AutoTradeManagment.php#MultipleAutomatedTradingSystems (This explains why you can have a problem)

What we would say is that you really should be using the Spreadsheet System for Trading study instead of Trading System Based on Alert Condition . And you need to look at what the Trade >> Trade Service Log indicates if an order action triggered by one of the studies is getting ignored.

It would be nice to make it but with version 1803 I'm not able to see the trade log, the last version that I had trade log working properly was 1789.

Are you referring to the Trade Activity Log? We have ran a back test and we do see the activity in the Trade Activity Log. So there is not a problem with that.

Make sure you are using it properly:
Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity

You may also want to enable this option:

I went throught your link and I found that the save backtest/replay activity was not flagged I will perform some trade end of cash market and let you know if it's ok. Probably in the updated from past version the system changed that status since till 1789 it was recording.

I flag the save replay/back test but I still not getting trade activity and there are some phantom trades that are duplicated and visible only on trade stats for charts, see attached files.

We do see trade activity in the screenshot. There can be no such thing as a phantom trade. You need to look at the Trade Activity tab for the actual order fills and their origin.

The Trade Stats for Charts tab is not relevant here.

In regards to the unmatched fill, by the end of next week there will be a new release which will avoid this kind of condition. Please wait for that.
