Manage Chart Drawing Freezing

Trying to adjust for rollover is causing Sierra to freeze and only able to unfreeze by task manager. When I open manage chart drawing, then highlight a drawing, then click adjust everything freezes. It seems to only be a issue trying to adjust extending rectangles. Another charts with only lines adjusted perfectly.

We ran a basic test adjusting an extending rectangle and could not reproduce.
