[Programming Help] - Deleted notes and various other tools applied to my history of charts

The software seemed fine during the day while trading. Closed and saved all chartbooks after the close -- the usual. Later opened Sierra and chartbooks and all looked fine. Closed, etc. Re-opened a few hours later to do some work and all my notes, tool drawings, etc. were missing/gone from all the charts (except one page with three charts). Too, I noticed the study I use to trade with was incorrectly saved on the charts it is applied. Difficult to explain but today's ES price action no longer corresponded to the study as it did while trading. The price had been shifted upward or the zones had been shifted downward. Have re-booted a number of times but that didn't seem to help. Need help getting all my past work back and getting the software to operate as before (doesn't appear to want to download back days, either. I haven't changed any of the setting.). |

It sounds as though the symbol of the chart changed to the next futures contract month.
