are DOM and level 2 data for US stocks still not available?

Hello, I searched the Support Board and found out that Sierra Chart can't use level 2 data for US stocks from IB. But this information is from an old post more than a year ago. Is this still true for the current version of SierraChart? If so, is there an alternative way to use DOM with stocks? |

Sierra Chart can't use level 2 data for US stocks from IB. This is not true. This has always been supported but it is just a matter of accessing it properly. I have linked my IB account with SierraChart. In SierraChart, chart + time&sales seem to be working fine when I searched AAPL. However, its level 2 only displays level 1 (best bid and ask). For your information, I can see level 2 on my TraderWorkstation without any problem. Do you have any idea how to display level 2 properly in SierraChart?

Yes just follow through the instructions in this section here: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Accessing Level 2 / Market Depth Data for Stocks You will see the data in the File >> Open Market Depth Window . When I opened market depth window using the symbol, AAPL-STK-ISLAND, I was able to get several lines of bid and ask. However, I noticed that SC's level 2 information is not identical to that of TWS; SC's level 2 had 0 or smaller bid/ask size at certain price levels where there should be more (compared to TWS). Could you please tell me what the problem is?
