That is not the problem. Refer to:
Announcement: CQG Users Do *Not* Need to Change Symbols

Describe what you mean by "jacked".

Disregard that information from AMP. It does not apply here.

The presumption came after the Chart trade interface Position Qty and P/L detail started reporting gibberish while active trade positions disappeared from the chart. Trade>show orders and positions was not disabled.

Trade positions also looks wonky:

Symbol   Quantity  Average Price  Open Profit/Loss  Daily Profit/Loss  Daily P/L Reset DateTime  High During Position  Low During Position  Last During Position  Margin Requirement  Service Average Price  Service Position Quantity  Currency

F.US.CLEV18  -1    34.05  -34130.00  0.00  00:00:00  68.22  67.95  68.18  0.00  34.05  -1

I will have to research this more tomorrow.

We do see an average price issue with CQG FIX. We are looking into it further.

We are no longer seeing the average price issue with CQG FIX in further testing. And at this point it would seem to be invalid data from CQG but that would seem unlikely in our experience.

looks better now
truth be told my new second broker/data feed settings were off but initially worked

CQG Web was enabled not CQG FIX, reason being prior broker only worked via CQG Web and using CQG Web for the second broker initially worked until this CQG change last Friday, so you tell me :D

thank you for looking into this because even though there was a disconnect on my side, your mention of the CQG FIX setting pushed things in the right direction

cheers

It returned again and with File>>Data Trade/Server Settings>> CQG Web re-checked after being unchecked this am.

http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1536598258516.png

The previous trade>orders and positions prices also appear skewed again:
Average price says 34.05 for CLV, should be 68.10
Open Profit/Loss says -33460.00, should say +500 or so..

1.) de-selecting File>>Data Trade/Server Settings>> CQG Web resulted in normalcy but,
when removing that CQG Web sign-in detail the CQG FIX sign-in detail also deleted which logged me out completely

2.) re-added CQG sign-in for the File>>Data Trade/Server Settings>> CQG FIX entry and notice it also re-populated the CQG Web entry.

The next time this anomally happens will uncheck CQG Web but prefer a more workable solution so any direction to close this out is appreciated.
