another rookie question

what if there is a workbook that has charts w/no scroll or title bar, are maximized and I cannot make them small again or attach them to anything on main window to change the scale? The chart w/no title bar, etc, wont even give me room to shrink it or anything.

In this case what you need to do is add Chart Shortcut menu commands for the Title Bar and Scroll Bar and then you can right-click on that chart and enable those.
