Orders Being Cancelled from Trading DOM

I have several trading DOMs and one of the DOM is not allowing me to submit orders above ASK and below BID prices. The other DOMs are working fine when I submit orders outside the ASK and BID price. Any ideas on how to correct this issue so I can submit orders outside BID and ASK prices for this specific DOM?

Is there an error message in the Trade Service Log when you submit an order that is not being accepted? Refer to:

See screenshot of Trade Service log. Please note that I have 3 other DOMs opened and there are issues in submitting orders above the ASK or below the BID on these 3 DOMs. Only one DOM has this issue.

Tell Interactive Brokers the price of the order and the other order details and any other relevant information and see why they are rejecting it. You need to ask Interactive Brokers about this.

I deleted the trading DOM and created a new DOM and it is working now...

Maybe the Tick Size setting was not correct.
