V1795 VS V1785 Trading DOM

Hi Support... an odd thing appears to be happening with V1795 trading DOM. When issuing a two OCO order using the trading DOM, the second order does not appear and does not have an associated stop order. Oddly, it seems to happen only with ES. YM seems to be OK.

We are quite certain there is not a problem with version 1795 in this regard. There could not be. There is some other explanation for this. Enable confirmations and check to see that you actually get a confirmation for the Attached Orders that you expect. Refer to:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Menu >> Order Confirmations (chart specific)

Also look in the Trade Orders window for those Attached Orders:
Trading Information Windows: Trade Orders Window

If they are not there, they were never submitted due to the configuration on the associated Trade Window.

Thank you for your fast reply. The two images were taken prior to an order being executed on purpose to show the differences.

I just now re-installed 1795 and I see where it is incorrect in Sim mode. Live trading appears correct. I do see where yours was in Sim mode... odd

Also, my testing was with 64 bit

During sim replay, the OCO is immediately executed and the image here attempts to show what happens. The order was entered away from price as I was attempting to capture the issue as an image but it executed anyway without being near the price. V1785 works without any issue.

We now have this resolved. It is a CTS specific issue involving the price multiplier. It was not an issue where the orders were not getting attached are that is why we said there must be some other explanation. They were attached but the prices were not correct for additional OCO groups.

We did not notice the problem where the orders were executing right away.

1798 has resolved these issues. Thank you! The price multiplier issue appears to have also been the cause of executing right away as it immediately hit the sell limit or stop.
