Cannot Renew SC Data Feed

Hi, I am trying to renew my SC data feed but I am being told my SC service package has expired. I am with AMP so I am unsure how it has expired. At any rate when I click to select a service package it says I cannot select one because I am with an affiliate i.e. AMP. Can this please be looked into so I can renew my data package. Thank you. |

Ok so I went to the reactivation page and reactivated through there. So it works now. However I was not able to activate through the activate exchange data feeds here https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#ResultBox and did get the error message. |

This happened as your AMP provided Sierra Chart account did not yet extend at the time when you were activating the Data Feed. This issue is resolved.
