I can only see 1 level of depth in a chart that's inside one of my instances.

It is curious that I can see full depth of one product in this instance, but only 1 level of depth in another product of this same instance. I have reduced the Market Depth days loaded to 2 using this: In Chart >> Chart Settings>> Main Settings labeled "Market Depth" in case it was an out of memory condition.
Thank you

We see you are using a remote chart data file based on this:
CLV8-NYMEX [R]

This feature is no longer supported by us. You will need to use a sub instance as explained here instead:

I have this [R] in many of my charts. How can I remove this [R] from my charts?

I want to use these charts in the instance where they are, not in another instance. Also if possible, I would like not to redo all the charts with [R] again. So I don't understand what do I need to do.

Also, is the data from other Instances extracted from Main Instance?
Thank you

To clear the remote chart data access for a chart, follow the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/MultipleServices.html#SettingChartReferenceLocalSymbolDataFile

Also, is the data from other Instances extracted from Main Instance?
Yes this is the case.

If you just want to access data from the particular Service being used by the main instance of Sierra Chart, then the feature documented here will accomplish what you want:
Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance
