Setting ray and line to zero degrees

Is it possible to set a default degree of zero in global setting to draw a ray and line? Or any other way of doing it. Thanks Brad |

If you press and hold the Control key on your keyboard when drawing a Line or Ray, it will be made vertical or horizontal depending upon which angle it is closest to.
