Is it possible, within 1 chartbook and within 1 tab, to have multiple charts of the same symbol on different time intervals so that I can display the multiple charts simultaneously on the screen? At the moment, when I duplicate a chart, I get a new tab.

No they will need to be separate charts in this case.
