Hi. When I switch from 5min (intraday) into daily chart some bar anomaly appears. The last bar (today session) is incomplete also a bar before the last one coming from Aug 23. There are missing bars between Aug 23 and Aug 31. It looks like a download has failed. Attached the screenshot with the gap on the right. The instrument is F.US.CLEV18. The log has been sent for further analysis as well.

This is very unusual. It looks like something is interfering with the Internet connection from your location.

Try again by re-downloading the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

At this point we do not have an answer. We have never seen this before. It would appear as though there is something about your Internet connection which is causing a problem.

We need to look into this on Monday and see if there is anything we can determine from our side.

Hi,

I have tried to connect by different internet provider - no effect. I am able to connect with Sierra chart (green status) and fails to download any daily data. Also tried other instruments like Heating Oil. The same, no effect.

I use CQG Fix Trading interface.

What can you suggest further? Re-install Sierra chart? Double check the other settings?

We have not had a chance to look into this yet. We will be getting to it later today. Honestly, we have never seen this before. So we are not really sure what we can figure out. But we will look into it to the extent possible.

Reinstalling is not going to help. There are no settings you can change which would help with this.

Make sure that you run Windows Updates and install the updates. Let us know if that solves the issue for you.

We think the issue has to do with certificate validation and there may be some dependency on the operating system store of certificate authority information.
