How to Enable Cancel Orders on Charts

When I click on the "X" on the chart, nothing happens. How do I enable the chart to cancel order when I click on the "X"? (see attachment)

It should at the very least go into a Pending Cancel state. Make sure Chart Trade Mode is enabled: Trade Menu: Chart Trade Mode On (Trade menu) Do you notice any problems with canceling orders from that chart when Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode is enabled?
