I am un able to get current bid ask quotes when I switch from my Gain Capital to my United Account which uses CQG Live. Please let me know why. I do not get live quote information when I connect to my United futures account which uses CQG live. Is there a reason. I am using The EP and ENQ symbols thanks

From User: I have checked and all the setting match the requirements however, I am still not getting any quotes or real time data. I even tried the SC Data Feed (All Services Option) and got nothing. I confirmed the symbols with CQG Fix Trading under the find symbol option. What am I missing? Thanks Sierra Chart Support
