Sierra chart and CQG from AMPfutures - issue with real-time

Hi, I have added username and password provided by AMP futures into Sierra chart (data feed by AMP: Sierra - CQG for Nymex). I see that chart is real-time for a couple of second on Crude Oil after being connected. After some time it freeze. What is the reasoning? I have followed the instruction how to connect sierra chart with CQG as below: CQG Trading Platform Service Best Regards, Slawomir |
