Hey support team, I demo-ed Sierrachart a while back for CME Futures and I now have a live Sierra account with AMP futures. But I've moved on to trading on Bitmex primarily. Lately, the UI lag on the bitmex site has been atrocious to the point that I can't realistically scalp. I understand that the AMP Sierra accounts don't come with access to Bitmex trading so before I shell out money for the yearly pricing plan directly from Sierra, I was wondering if you'd be so kind to grant me 24hr trial access. I'm very familiar with Sierrachart functionality now; I just want to test out the api connectivity to Bitmex to see if orders through api go through smoother/more quickly than through the website UI. Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary. If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu. After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you can request another trial, up to a total of 30 days assuming you have not already received those trial days previously.
