Happy to do the same if helpful for your purposes. For me, this happens upon: 1) Clicking Apply/OK on Tools/Studies 2) Reload and Recalculating the chart (Insert) My initial explanation was that SC somehow "switched" or "misread" the Formula Source Sheet, and hence deleted all formulas upon refresh. However, this explanation fails as the issue still occurs when I delete all spreadsheets except for the correct Formula Source Sheet. 64b version. |

Okay we are now able to reproduce the underlying issue which we can see is a memory corruption related to the Spreadsheet study and the Study Window. We are going to get this solved. At this point we do not need any further information. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. We have definitively corrected the issue which is the cause of the problem described in this thread. Version 1795 has been released. This is now the main release of Sierra Chart. It was a lower level minor memory corruption issue. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Upon further review, this memory corruption was actually not going on a while, it was going on since users started to have an issue in the last three weeks or so. There was a reference being made to an object which was not fixed in memory and that was the source of the problem.
