"Flatten and Cancel" - trading keyboard shortcut not responding.

I've tried using various keys, every other command works but no matter which key I assign the "Flatten and Cancel" command it doesn't work, the first time I encountered this problem I reinstalled Sierra Chart and it worked again however not long after reinstalling the issue is back, I can't be reinstalling each time.

Any updates? also is anyone else having this issue? Update: Log is saying "Reloading chart" each time I try to use the key. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-08-19 05:12:17

Note that upon reinstall it seems to initially work, after time something occurs to halt the command.

Using the configuration file you provided us, there is no keyboard chart assigned under Global Settings >> Customize Keyboard Shortcuts >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts >> Flatten and Cancel. Also by default the Insert key will reload the chart if you happen to be trying to use that key. It is possible to remap it though.
