Hi,

I am starting an evaluation with Oneup Traders. Can you please activate the trial. I started a trial last week with a different email as suggested by Oneup to understand Sierra Charts.But now I am ready to trade on Sierra with my current evaluation

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you can request another trial, up to a total of 30 days assuming you have not already received those trial days previously. After this you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".

Hi,

My trial is ending on 15th Sep, 2018. At present I am trading demo account. I am expecting an approval for the funded account soon. Meanwhile just to keep on practicing on Sierra charts, can you please extend my trial for another month.

Your trial account has not been extended. We see that you have previously used Sierra Chart and have had at least 30 days of trial time. You will need to make a payment for usage time.

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

You can also go to this page in your browser:

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:
