Unable to get Gold Charts to open

I cant get gold futures charts to open in SC. I tried restarting, deleting the current chart book and all the normal simple fixes. I created a new chart book and saved it. Then I went to find symbol and clicked on gold intraday chart for December. When it opens however I get a blank chart and instead of the correct symbol (GCZ18) I get GCZ0 and there is no way of doing anything with the chart. Have tried to right click to get into the settings and enter the correct symbol, have tried going into the chart tab and changing the symbol there but the screen still comes up blank but with an orange error message saying not subscribed but I am subscribed. I have checked with Silver and it works ok there. |

It really does not make sense that when you open a particular symbol like GCZ18, that the symbol of the chart will then be different. Go to File >> Find Symbol. Select the symbol in the list, and press Open Historical Chart. The symbol must be the same.
