Suppose I have a chartbook with ES charts. They have a date range ending with today and everything is working. But I have 1 chart (a TPO chart) in the same chartbook, that has a date range ending 8/10/18 and it won't update. When I send the chart to another user, it works fine. What might cause this?

If you create a new chart for that symbol does it then update to the current date?

The symbol of the chart is incorrect. Because it does not appear as though you are using CQG. Refer to:

https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails1.php#Symbols

It needs to be in your case ESU18.
