Hello,

I currently have a Sierra chart account with package 5 and CQG data. I am looking to get real time cash index data as well, especially CBOE Indexes, how can I do that? Thank you very much.

Do I need to get another connection to add the cash index I want?
I did add credit and tried to do it but it says that I need to have a connection, but I already pay with AMP to have Sierra chart with package 5.

No not at all, another connection is not needed. You can use your Sierra Chart AMP account . We see you put the credit on the wrong account. It needs to be on your Sierra Chart AMP account.

I don't know both account names, I got it all mixed up. It would be much easier if I could have someone to help me do that maybe by phone or whatever is best. I can pay for assistance, just need to have the credit moved to AMP account, and CBOE indexes real time intraday data enabled. Thank you for your help.

I see that I am paying only for cash indexes: 20USD for 20 real time symbols, and 5USD for CBOE Indices, is that correct?
I though I only had to pay 5USD to have real time CBOE cash indices data.
