Rithmic Trader not picking up trades

Hi,

Following our conversation last week, I am using my free trial with a datafeed from Rithmic Trader however whenever I place a trade, it is not being picked up by Rithmic Trader.

I have spoken to the other end and they have advised me that the problem must be from the Sierra Chart end.

Can you please help me understand why my trades are not being tracked by the Rithmic Trader software even though I am using their datafeed and they will usually be able to track the trades.

You need to disable Trade Simulation Mode:

Hi,

I have done this.

Now when I place a trade, I get the following log message:

You are trading from a sub instance.

You just need to select the non-simulated trade account you want to use. Refer to:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)
